A refundable damage deposit of $400 will be added to each rental. This will be refunded to the renter after the event is concluded and the clubhouse is inspected for cleanliness and damages.

Frequently Asked Rental Questions
What are the current hourly rates?
From Sunday to Friday, you can rent the space for $150 per hour with a four-hour minimum requirement. For Saturdays, we only offer a full-day package at $1500, giving you access from 8 AM until midnight.
Should I account for setup and cleanup within my booking?
Absolutely, your rental timeframe must include all time needed for decoration, vendor deliveries, setting up, and cleaning. Plan for extra time at both ends of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Is a security deposit necessary for a booking?
A $400 refundable damage deposit is mandatory. This amount is completely returned following your event, provided the facility remains in good condition and adheres to our standard cleaning protocols.
Do I have to obtain event insurance?
Yes, all rentals require event insurance. This can be easily acquired online. Here are two options to assist you.
You are welcome to serve alcohol, provided you follow our safety regulations and include specific alcohol coverage in your event insurance policy.
Are home-cooked meals allowed for my guests?
For safety reasons, all food must come from licensed commercial kitchens. This includes any professional caterers, local restaurants, food trucks, or prepared food sections at major grocery stores.
What are the rules regarding hall decorations?
We encourage decorating but require that only painter's tape is used on our walls. To protect the integrity of the hall, please avoid nails, tacks, command hooks, glitter, or any type of open flames.
What parking is available for attendees?
Your guests have access to our on-site parking lot, and there is additional on-street parking along Virginia Drive and 6th Avenue. We are also within the Freebee ride zone for added convenience.
How do I finalize a booking?
Once you’ve reviewed our rental details and are ready to move forward, please contact our rental team at 941-747-6222 to check availability of your date and schedule a site visit with one of our rental team members. Next complete the online rental agreement form and submit your deposit.
