Annual Club Arts Contest
Each January our members enter beautiful artistic pieces that were completed in the previous calendar year for competition. First place winners move on to the district contest, where winners then advance to the GFWC Florida state competition. Guest speaker was local artist Robin Bowman, and we saw recent record-breaking attendance.

Manatee Children's Services

We advocated for children at the 1970s-themed“Groovin’ for Good” Gala, donating over $8,200 in-kind! Manatee Children’s Services is a local nonprofit dedicated to preventing child abuse, restoring healing, and strengthening children and their families through advocacy, treatment, shelter, and a full spectrum of vital programs serving thousands in our community each year. Our very own clubwoman, Crystal and her partner, won the best costume contest!

Sicilian Cooking Class

A group of our members enjoyed an incredible Arts & Culture cooking experience at the wonderful Ortygia, in the Village of the Arts!

Under the guidance of Chef Gaetano, we rolled up our sleeves and learned how to create fabulous Sicilian comfort food from scratch. We chopped, stirred, laughed, and discovered the secrets behind authentic Sicilian flavors.

Adopt-a-Highway

Our members (and guests) are all about keeping it clean on Manatee Ave W with our quarterly 2-mile trash pick up.

Bradenton Market

We love engaging with our community on Saturdays at the Bradenton Market. This quarterly opportunity lets us share with others our rich history in community involvement, membership and our upcoming events.

Community Support

Helping others reach their goals is what we do! We had a wonderful evening at Manatee Habitat for Humaity "Raise the Roof"Gala. Our very own, Laura, performed a live art presentation that was auctioned during the event.

Chamber of Commerce

Bradenton Woman's Club is a proud member of the Manatee Chamber of Commerce. We regularly attend Business After Hours and other networking events to share all the good our club does in the community.
