Great to hear that you're interested in our rental venue! Our historic clubhouse has been the perfect location for many wonderful events since 1921. We would be honored to host your special event too. Let's make it a memorable one!
Rental Prices
A refundable damage deposit of $400 will be added to each of the rates for the rental. This will be refunded to the renter after the event is concluded and the clubhouse is inspected for damage/cleanliness.

$150 per hour (4 hour minimum) $1,500 full day only (8am-midnight)
*Hourly rates must include time for set-up/clean-up

Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can you accommodate?
About 150 seated guests at tables for weddings/special events. 200 standing or row seating. *This includes the bridal party and any staff hired for the event.
What is included in the price?
Use of the entire main floor, including the kitchen; all tables and chairs; trash bags and restroom supplies.
*Renter should bring everything they will need for their event. For an additional rental fee, we can provide table linens, bar, drink dispensers, coffee pots & more.
Food and beverage services?
No home-prepared foods. Foods from a licensed kitchen are permitted: caterer, restaurant, food truck, grocery store (ie. Publix, Sam's Club, Costco).
Can we have alcohol at the clubhouse?
The renter may have alcohol for their event, provided the renter or the caterer has a special event insurance policy. Alcohol may not be sold to guests, and renter assumes responsibility that guests are of legal drinking age.
